  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags/labels intact.

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective or misrepresented:

    • Incorrect item shipped by Soko Uganda.

  • Recommended Method: Use a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for lost returns.

 

5. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., mobile money, credit/debit card).

  • Partial Refunds: May apply if items are returned used, damaged, or missing parts.

 

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Contact our support team to arrange an exchange for a different size, color, or item.

 

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos/video evidence via email for faster resolution.

  • We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund.

 

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed for shipping.
