Soko Uganda reserves the right to remove listings violating community standards, policies, or laws.
All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise.
Orders must be paid in full via approved methods (e.g., mobile money, cards) before processing.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, errors, or stock unavailability.
Delivery is facilitated via Soko Deliveries, covering Kampala and select locations.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to external factors.
Buyers may request returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery if items are defective or misrepresented.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
All content on Soko Uganda (text, graphics, logos, images) is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Your use of our platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at www.sokouganda.com/privacy-policy.
Soko Uganda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including delivery delays or product issues.

These terms are governed by Ugandan law.
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be submitted to courts in Kampala, Uganda.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Review this page regularly.
